Children The world continues to grow more complex. From very young ages, children are exposed to content and environments that are difficult to process and understand. We specialize in working with children ages 7 and above. Using a combination of art, play and talk therapy, children are able to express and process thoughts and emotions through age appropriate mediums.
Adolescents The teenage years are a unique time in life full of new experiences, emotions, and thoughts that accompany a developing mind and body. We specialize in processing and exploring this often difficult and misunderstood time in life. We engage the therapeutic process through individual and parenting sessions. Communication, clear boundaries/expectations, and healthy support are crucial during the adolescent years. Together, both the parent and adolescent will learn to communicate and bond in a healthier way.
Adults "Adulting" requires one to correctly perceive and effectively engage with an ever-changing world. Our past experiences, relationships, self-talk, core beliefs, history of trauma, and many other factors of living impact the way that we perceive ourselves, our loved ones, and our environment. Through the therapeutic process, we will explore, define, and create a plan to effectively assist you with becoming your best self.
Couples Our motto: It takes a healthy "You" and a healthy "Me" to create and sustain a healthy "We". Each partner's needs are fluid as each partner continues to develop and grow throughout the lifespan. Sustaining a healthy relationship requires each partner to make the daily choice to continue to grow in love and life together. Whether you and your partner are exploring the decision to marry, have an established family and relationship, or are recalculating life as "empty-nesters", we can help. You will find greater relationship satisfaction as we engage the process of defining and refining the "You" and "Me" in "We".
